Refunds and Returns Policy

Excellent service and attention to detail are both things we strive for at Waste Wizards, but we understand that sometimes issues arise. If you're ever unhappy with services provided by Waste Wizards, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will be more than happy to return to clean any missed areas free of charge!

Missed Service:
We will notify the customer and reschedule the next service

Weather-Related Issues:
In case of weather-related issues (rain, snow, etc.), Waste Wizards will notify and reschedule service to another day within that given service week.

Weather:
In Minnesota, extreme weather can occur at any season of the year. We provide service 365 days a year, but in the case of a severe weather event (snowstorm, thunderstorm, etc), we reserve the right to reschedule services to one of the following days that week. We will notify you ahead of time.

Terms and Conditions
Outlined by Waste Wizards are the following terms and conditions, as listed below. By agreeing to use our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Scheduling:
Pet waste removal services will be set on scheduled days (ex, every other Monday, the first Tuesday of the month, etc.)

Safe Yard Access:
-You agree to provide safe access to your yard, with doors or gates unlocked ahead of the scheduled service time.
-You agree to keep your pet out of the yard or in a secured area during service
-We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if any of these terms or conditions aren’t followed.

Payment

-Payment is required before the service is performed
-Pricing subject to change (with notice)
-Seasonal price increase for the months of December, January, and February ($5/service)
-Negligent payment may result in rescheduling, suspending, or cancellation of services
